 Erez Antebi
Chief Executive Officer Spacenet Rural Communications
Mr. Antebi previously served as the CEO of Clariton Ltd, and, before that, as Gilat’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). Other senior positions held by Mr. Antebi in Gilat were: Vice President of Sales, General Manager for Asia, Africa and Pacific Rim and Vice President and General Manager of Gilat’s subsidiary in the United States. Prior to joining Gilat, Mr. Antebi was a Product Manager at Tadiran, responsible for international sales of its military HF radios, and a systems engineer at Rafael.
Mr. Antebi holds an MSc and a BSc, Summa Cum Laude, in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.
 Elli Yaniv
CEO, Spacenet Rural Communications Colombia
Prior to Gilat, Elli Yaniv was VP and GM of Flextronics Semiconductors. Previous to that, he held positions including VP and GM for Europe of Flextronics Design, Chief Operating Officer of DII Semiconductor, Manager of Israel Operations at Orbit Semiconductor, and Business Unit Manager, MLM Division, at Israel Aircraft Industries.
Mr. Yaniv holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, as well as an M.Sc. and a B.Sc., both cum laude, in Industry and Management Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.
 Yair Shaharbany
CEO Spacenet Rural Communications Peru
Yair Shaharbany serves as CEO Spacenet Rural Communications Peru.
At Gilat, Mr. Shaharbany previously held positions as AVP Customer Services, Director of Program Management and Director of Sales, Africa.
Mr. Shaharbany holds a BA in Economics and Logistics from Bar Ilan University, Israel.
 Luis Alberto Bocanegra
President and General Manager, Gilat Colombia S.A.
Mr. Bocanegra joined Gilat Colombia in May 2008 as President and General Manager. Mr. Bocanegra has 30 years of experience in management, marketing and sales, having held a wide variety of executive positions with local and global corporations including Texas Instruments, Microsoft, Alcatel, Nortel Networks and Bay Networks. Most recently, prior to joining Gilat, Mr. Bocanegra served as Audiocodes' Director of Latin America North Region, where he was responsible for business development, marketing and sales of the IP telephony product portfolio in the region.
Mr. Bocanegra holds a B.S./E.E Electronic Engineering, Pontificia from the Universidad Javeriana.
 Arieh Rohrstock
General Manager, Spacenet Rural Communications Peru
Mr. Rohrstock previously held Gilat Latin America positions as COO and Vice President of Strategic Planning, Planning and Control Manager. He was also Operation Manager of Gilat Peru. Prior to Gilat, Mr Rohrstock was a Marketing Engineer at Global Village Telecom (GVT).
Mr. Rohrstock is an Engineer graduate of Ort Brauda, Carmiel, Israel.
 Alvaro Silva
Vice President Legal
Mr. Silva was previously Vice President of Legal for Gilat Latin America and Legal Manager for Global Village Telecom (GVT). Prior to GVT, He was Legal Manager for the Pantel Group (The principal broadcasting group in Peru). Mr. Silva has over ten years experience in telecommunications and corporate law, managing contracts and public bids in many countries.
Mr. Silva is a Peruvian lawyer, has masters level studies in Public Services Regulation and a Management Program certification for Latin American lawyers from Yale University, and is a graduate of the Catholic University of Peru.
 Felipe Espinoza
Engineering Manager
Mr. Espinoza previously help the position of Gilat's Latin America Technical Support and Technical Marketing Manager. Prior to Gilat, he was Earth Station Chief and Technical Marketing Engineer at Global Village Telecom (GVT). Mr. Espinosa began his career in telecommunications at BELLSOUTH COMMUNICATION S.A - Chile, where he played an important role in the Installation, Operation and Maintenance on the long distance project of BellSouth's Earth Station.
Mr. Espinoza has a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineer, specializing in Telecommunications and Digital Systems, from Santa Maria University of Chile.
