Build, Operate and Transfer (BO - BOT)
Spacenet Rural Communications offers the development of projects under “Build and Operate” and “Build, Operate and Transfer” models for rural telecommunications networks. Within a contracted time-frame, we assume responsibility for the design, installation and operation of the project. During the operations period, we transfer technological tools and knowledge as part of the training of the operator’s personnel. We then handle a smooth handoff of ownership to the operator.
